YES. There is a $29.99 minimum for wash-n-fold and dry cleaning orders.
Your order will be ready and delivered within 24 hours. 48 hours for dry cleaning.
No. Homeowners and businesses do not have to be present for pick-up or delivery. If no one is present when our team arrives, we will pick-up or leave your order in a pre-determined spot of your choice. We are also happy to pick up personal orders or make deliveries to you workplace.
Yes. Many of our customers use our services on a schedule. We can add you to a route with regular pick-up and delivery days so you always know when to expect us.
Yes. WashClub offers "same-day" turnaround for customers using our wash and fold service. Same-day orders must be placed by 4:30 a.m. that day and there is an additional fee.
You can pay with either a debit card or a credit card. Businesses may establish an account with us.
Feel free to include instructions when you place an order if there are certain garments you want cared for in a specific way. Let us know how to treat them and we’ll follow your guidelines.
If you find there is an issue with your laundry, call WashClub immediately and our team will take action to quickly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Yes, WashClub is happy to set up a corporate account for your company and will pick-up and deliver from your office, school or place of business.
You can manager your order through your secure account online or through the WashClub mobile app.
